Scotchmo's Secret Stash

Basically, can't find it and Scotchmo is no longer giving any indication as to whether I'm getting close. I feel like I've combed every inch of the Rail Nomad area...

I originally picked up Scotchmo on my first visit to RNC, but neglected to grab his stash as I proceeded to screw up my attempt to broker Topekan-Atchison peace. Left, came back and now Scotchmo seems to have forgotten he ever had a stash.

It is near one group of junkies.
What annoyed me was that damn tortise, I turned him over with animal wisperer, and proceeded to SLOWLY follow him as he was obviously heading SOMEWHERE. Somewhere turned out to be half way accros the area and he just "died" where I had already dug up the cache.

It's in a train cul-de-sac near junkies, a section bordered on three sides with trains. Near one of the corners of that area.

He does help out in fights though. I ended up getting him killed between the 2 camps though... Get the feeling someone... somewhere could decipher wtf he was spewing [sounded Latin, but can't be sure].
