In the Prison area, I released some women who were imprisoned by some dude named Pitbull, thing is, I don't see him anywhere. Where is he? I've got some servings of searing hot justice to feed him.

It depends. If you delivered the letter to the woman in Rail Nomad Camp, you've met with him before, and potentially killed him. If not, you can expect him to appear near the entrance of the zone you came in, quite upset.

Hmm, I thought I finished up everything at the RMC, didn't see him there at the time or he'd already be taking a dirt nap. So I guess he doesn't exist until you trigger it.

Spoilers: The letter is one from the Bowling dude at the Ranger citadel - he wants it delivered to his sister. If you do, he appears and wants something like 300 scrap or a fight, and he is kind of tough. Otherwise opening the cages should make him appear at the entrance of the prison zone.

Careful guys. this is one of those "she's better off dead" potential missons. if you agree to do bowling's letter quest the game will only register one of the 2 outcomes. if you pay off pitbull, he will leave and the Prison commander in charge of him will be pissed off you"killed" him in RNC. if you fight him and kill him you can't speech check robert there or the questline wont finish. if you just send him there with speech checks, pitbull is not in the prison. if you let katy leave and have robert arrested, then you wont get the prison message. again, still not sure if this affects your ability to move through the prison safely later on.
