Highpool Mayor vote help please

Hi, i got a problem with the mission " Help HP decide its next mayor". I want help kate to get the job. I explored all the map from top to bottom and makes all the quests that I found, spoke to all the pnjs but nothing can be done. She still waiting for better people's mood.

What i have to do ? :(

You already completed the tunnels correct? Helped Kate restore power to HP? If so she should win easily and from then on HP will be an ally of sorts to the Rangers.

Yes, i have already restore power, radio (in the same time, that's right ?) and fix the damn water (Obvsly). Already talk to the doc too :)

Don't talk to the doc. Just use surgeon on the patients. The doc won't say anything until all are healed.

This is what it was for me. Talking to the doctor is not enough, you need someone with surgeon skill in your party and then use the skill (but not a trauma kit, this tripped me up initially) successfully on the 6 patients in the clinic.

This part of the quest is really terribly communicated. The doc says "please help out if you can" in a speech bubble, but it's easy to miss and kinda non definitive. Would it be so hard to make the doc say it in the dialogue window?

Uh, I didn't help any patients and she became the Mayor for me...

Maybe u save and did the Jess Bell's quest ? I didn't. Anyway i agree this is not clear, even Jess house is hardcore to find. I search a couple of hours the solution without find anything. Than i came here :P

I walked right past his house when it was burning, intent on getting the gromph dog back to it's master. Dogs first, burning houses second. I figured that was why I couldn't initiate a new vote so I left Highpool to its own devices.

I helped the man with the burning house first, well i think, order doesn't matter. Maybe it's just the total number of good actions .

How did you help the guy with the burning house?

couldn't do anything to turn on the water, it kept hinting that I'd need some type of skill to do it.
I put the valve on, but it kept saying something about "jury-rig".
I tried mechanical skill, but it didn't do anything

You mean the girl with the dowry? Yes, I did in fact help her.
