Shrine North of the Citadel moved?
There used to be a shrine right above the citadel and I cannot find it anymore. I faound the one east of Radio tower but i cannot locate this one.
What rewards does it have now? In beta shrines gave atribute points now they seem to give nothing. Well there was a some random loot burried next to the one i found but it was not anything special.

No that one hasn't, some have though.

I have only found two by stumbling around the map looking for them. There are triggers ingame that give you the locations though, the one north of the citadel is triggered by using the kiss ass response on the raiders at the radio tower. up by darwin completing the underground bit by not killing anything gave me the location of the shrine there (it moved at release). the prison when you move the cart you get given another location and when you save the miners at leve lupe mine you get ye another. that is all the triggers I have found so far though

Did some more searching and it looks like they made it imposssible to find without knowing the location from the raiders. Well no matter the rewards for finding them are tiny anyway.

Ack, is there anyway to "Turn on" that Shrine for the achiement, cause those raiders are long long gone!

It is NOT impossible to find the shrine just north of the Citadel if the raiders are gone/dead. You do need very high perception though, I think. I had 9 or 10 when I found it and it took walking around the area quite a few times.

Ah hah! Okay, I just saved before I got close, then just kept reloading if I didn't find it. Took about 5 tries with 10 perception, thank you so much!

The general pattern seems to be:

Shrines give you XP, and are generally very difficult to find if you haven't been given the location.

Statues give you skill points and are always visible w/o any skill check, although they may be in out-of-the-way corners.

All effects can be triggered only once per shrine/statue per game, and only affect those in your party at the time. If your rangers are exported and imported into a new game, they can take advantage of shrines and statues again even if they were activated in a previous game with those same rangers.
