Where is Beatrice in Dante's quest - Rodia City

I've spent nearly an hour looking for her without any luck, this quest is irritating...

Checked it at least 3 times, she's not there.

Problem is one of the quests where you have to get her locked in the shed fails as soon as you free the Mayor.

I didn't mean the town mayor, I meant the self appointed mayor in the office who leads the gang

If you free the mayor and kill Dengler after speaking to Dante, Beatrice will leave town. This does not fail the quest; it updates it in the log. Go see Dante and he will tell you that "the spell is broken" and he can be with Virgil again. This resolves the quest. Virgil also seems pleased by this turn of events. Since I repaired the radio tower myself, I don't know if he will do it for you by solving the case this way.
