Jess-Belle Dowry Location?

I've got the quest to get the Dowry, and I keep seeing people mention a "cave" in Highpool, but I can't seem to locate the "cave" :( Any ideas?

The entrance to the cave is next to the shrine(statue), it is on the ground and you must find it.

Gringan - You're at the cave (next to the shrine statue) yes? When you mouseover it it doesn't change? Or something else?

You need atleast 1 point in perception to find the entrance.
