Rodia - The well - question

My perception shows a dead body in the well, and it does disease me when I get close with the little white worms...

However, none of my skills (and I have all of them) seem to be able to interact with the well to remove the body, talking to everyone doesn't seem to give me an option to have a townsfolk to remove the body

Anything I'm overlooking?

Not really, To get the body out of the Well you've first got to talk to the doctor about the cause of the sickness. He'll tell you to get a microscope, Once you've got it he'll figure out the waters contaminated and you'll be tasked with investigating the well. You come back to him, he'll give you a hook then you'll be able to fish the Body out of the well.

This quest kind of annoyed me. I went to the doctor, affected by the very same disease from having drunk from the well, expecting to say "Doc, you don't need a microscope. I know the source and the vector. Look at my new pet worms!" Instead I get "Do you have a microscope? How disappointing." Disappointing, indeed.
