you probably lack the two in mr. manners posesion. He won't give those away till you fix his non existant (nowhere to be found) toaster. I'm also stuck at this point.

no, i got those two from mr. manners. after fletcher´s escape, they took one of my crew as hostage and after fletcher was killed, mr. manners killed the hostage and then ran away to loas angeles aquaduct where i killed him. then i was able to get those 2 bags of cat litter. but still missing one last bag! :(

7 is needed, 2 are in mr. manners manor but i don´t remember the other ones. now i´ve got 6...

This is the steam tunnels under Angel Oracle.

There are 2 with Manners (Havent been able to fix toaster yet), at least one in cockroach sewers, some with Dante in Rodia after you help him, one in Long Beach (Have to find). That is as many that I have found.

I got the one from sewers also. So 2 from Manners, 1 from sewers, 1 from Dante, 1 in Long Beach. I found 6. Hope someone will remember....

Too bad guys, Im stuck too, Ive killed tori for mr manner orders, but I forgor to check toaster (some say that in that toaster theres toaster repair parts), now I dont find los angeles acueduct in the map and I have 5 cat liter bags, so Im stuck too

Wasteland 2 team, please fix bugs, you had pregame time to check bugs, so dont tell me now the game is full if you have so many bugs...

List with all cat litter locations would be great. I´m stuck and can´t go further because of this. I checked every place on my map twice but nothing :(

Only thing I can add here is that you do not need the 2 bags from mr.manners as I didn't even touch them last night.

Los almoits has some, for sure. at least one bag.
Roda should have a bag as well, along with long beach.
Should be some in the steam pipes area under Los angles and the surrounding area.

As for the toast, you can find toast in the first map area in a toaster (sorry I don't remember what one) using toaster repair to get perfect toast, but since I still have mine in the storage locker and never got the two bags from Mr. Manners you should not need it anyway.

You can't its for a later quest.

You can find perfect toast in the first half of the game before the helo ride.

Here is the location of the ones I know for sure.

Los Alamitos has one for sure, if not two.
Long beach has at least 1 if I remember right.
You can get some from the doc in Rodia and I think find some laying around. for 1-2 bags.
Playa del ray had one.
Angel Orcal has one in the tunnels.
Santa montica may have had one as well.

Thats 6 if each location only has one and I am pretty sure some have 2-3 making the 2 that Mr. Manners has unnesscary.
