who do you give ace's star to?

So, I'm back at the ranger citadel, I've talked to pretty much every NPC there is and no one shows an option to turn in Ace's Ranger Star. I read one guide fromt he beta that said to turn it into flintlock in the museum but there is no option to do that and he doenst respont do "star" or "ace's ranger star" or any other similar words.

is this a bug or has the turn in location changed?

In beta I could give it to flintlock. Must be a bug

as an aside it goes to flintlock however it doesn't register as a selectable conversation tab if its in a character inventory greater than the first 4 playing characters. I had given mine to to his grieving squeezin feme fatale and figured the quest was bugged until I removed the badge from her inventory and the dialogue popped up with Flintlock.

I turned it into the museum. You ask if you can do anything for him and he says to bring back any historical objects or whatever. Then I turned it in.

Make sure you put the star in the inventory of the character talking to Flintlock. Took me a while to figure it out. Oh and take the tour for ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles, just dont press the button

I wanted to mention something related to this because I had s a similar issue. What happened with me, was that Angela had Ace's star in her inventory up until she left the party at the canyon of titan. For some reason, all her stuff, namely Ace's star, wasn't passed back to my teams' inventory - it just disappeared.

It wasn't until I returned to Ranger Citadel much later, that I found a "loot bag" on the floor near Flintlock. Guess what was inside - Ace's ranger star. Strange bug, though I was glad I could get it back, donate it to the museum and complete the quest.
