classic vs. digital deluxe

rather amazing that you have 2 price points and no explanaton of the difference. I googled it. I dont see much other than digital deluxe comes iwth early access... but we are past early access. so what do I get for $20 more?

what i am not quite understanding is i have the digital deluxe version, but when i start the game it shows i only have the classic version of wasteland 2 and its the 32 bit version not the 64 bit directors cut.

it doesn't say "Directors cut" on the title screen either. or any splash screen.
