Request to ADD a proper Barracks with STORAGE in Citadel.

Frankly im a bit suprised the Citadel looks like it does. It in no way resembles a proper military encampment. Ive been in the field in Germany to Graff etc and we had more to show for a field expiedent camp in the middle of the woods in winter then this. WHERE IS THE BARRACKS? Hell where do people sleep?

Most importantly I would like to see STORAGE. You need to personalize the citadel a bit more to make ot HOME. Put a troop bunk area in, add NPCs moving about doing this or that, there is no motion no fludity to the game world. Ive seen the same person scrubbing that wall since I started this game, Jagged Alliance had people in motion...NPCs with things to say, tips clues, and who can forget Carmen Dancio...the Gucci bounty hunter.

I think the one thing that is putting me off on this game is that it dosnt seem alive. I scripted Day night cycle activity in NWN for a module I made with the toolset. I dont get why there isnt more life to this game. Make it come alive more.

I wasn't really impressed either once I finally was able to enter the Citadel. It seemed...I guess lifeless in a way.
