Where to administer the Ag Center Serum
Okay, so I saved the guy in the wheelchair and now, I have to administer the serum onto reservoirs by the northwestern end of the complex as indicated on my journal. But so far, no matter which tank I click on, nothing happens? By west, does she mean the West Fields? Or am I on the right track?

When you leave her office head right and then up (past where you saved the group of scientists). There will be a door leading to a red-lit room with a tank by the wall, use it on that tank.
