Question about water on global map

I bought Wasteland 2 today and i'm enjoying it so far. Only thing i hate is water on the global map.

I'm now stuck in my first playtrough because i ran out of water. I'm at a trade post after the mission radio tower. I didn't find any oases to fill my bottles, only 1 loot place and some dangerous raiders. I couldn't find any oases.

Is there any other way to obtain water bottles? I'm stuck right now...

And when a oases ran out of water does it refill itself?

There are oases all over the map, or at least near most of the locations you have to travel to. They're only rare in out of the way places. You can also see if one is nearby before discovering it, because the treetop sticks out of the ground a little bit. And I don't think they run out of water.

Put a point or two into Outdoorsman on one character, if you didn't recruit Angela Deth at the Citadel before leaving it. This will assist you in finding Oasis and give you the option of running away from outdoor encounters.

I started all over again and found 2 oases right now, i'm further then before. What happend if a oases runs dry, does a oases refill?

I've nevr ran out of water from the oasises. There's also wells on the locations you visit, so it really shouldn't be an issue.

there are locations with unlimmited water. ranger citardel, rail nomads or prison for example...

Some recruited npc's don't have a flask of water. You can always look for another recruit, take his water flask, kick him out of the party and re-recruit the one who didn't have a water flask. (vulture's cry for instance)

you can buy the flasks too - but i have seen only two to buy so far...
but ther is a glitch you can use to copy em (even double equip em)
