Does an Oasis Run Out of Water?
It seems like the Oasis that you first see NE of the Citadel has a number in the top right corner that keeps getting smaller as I refill from it.

1. Will the Oasis run out of water eventally or will water restock over time?
2. Where in the Citadel can I restock on water?

1. They have limited amount but there's enough oases scattered around that you'll never run out of water, unless you keep wandering the map for a long time.
