How do I finish the Ag center quest?

Ok so I took out some rabbbits outside. Found the radio transmitter, but couldn't do anything with it, due to vines? Found rose, rescued some rabbit breeder guy and some researchers from death. Yet not sure where to go to turn off irrigiation? I also don't know where Kathy went? I need her for the serum. Two of my guys got pod juice on them, and are infected.

I also went downstairs. I found the mushroom room, fully explored it, got skinner and some loot. I also explored the 2 other east and west corridors, but just turned on 2 fans out of the 3 there in the west corridor, and I couldn't even get past the locked door in the east corridor? Yet now I don't know how to complete this Ag center quest?

That basement is a puzzle. You should find a walkthrough on youtube if you're stuck, but it's not very hard. :)

I just figured it out, myself. I'll try to explain...

-You have to shut off the irrigation in the East and West fields.
>East field is the one with Peter in the middle of the field who shut himself up behind a gate. On that map, look for a house in the far corner with a dead guy on the porch, who wrote something in his blood.
>Go into the house and deal with the situation there, and shut off that irrigation.
-The other field, you find a guy shooting rabbits. Find the small building with the irrigation. Examining tells you it's broken and needs to be fixed.
>In another building on that map, you'll find a part (I forget the name of it). It's in a big building with those damage-immune plants, just inside near the entrance. It's small so look carefully.
>Use the part on that irrigation pump.

THERE REALLY needs to be a minimap and objectives highlighted in green to indicate certain sections are complete. I've been on this one ag center quest for about 15 playable hours. I still haven't finished everything.

Yeah so I did something else on that last irrigation field. I used one of my guy's computer skills on the computer. So I was able to shut it down, but not with the extra part. I also got the repeater unit now working at the ag center radio tower. I know from reading from others I need to get a serum for some future side missions near the ag center, but I don't know where kathy is to get it? I also need it for some of my guys who got pods growing in them.

That's cool that you were able to do it a different way.

When you first enter the AG building, you meet Kathy and the guy in the wheelchair (edit: who acts as a vendor), at some point they go into her office. That corridor right there (where Rachel is standing) with two small rooms and one larger room . The big room is her office, and they hang out there. Talk to her and she'll give you more stuff to do.

I got a situation here. She gave me some cure after I finished the other missions and says i need to put it somewhere. I donno how to complete this. Any help?

You need to go to the upper right corner of this map - there is a room that was previously blocked by vines - in this room is a intake valve there you need to put the serum.

Had to fix some issues and then made my mind up that Ag Center is more importent...
Yes it does take quite a while if you try to save everyone you can...
I had to go back a few times to make sure everything was done
