Some errors seem to occur on that on Steam's end sometimes. Try reloading Steam. If it still doesn't show up, just contact us at [e-mail] with proof of purchase and we'll get you set up.

So, are kickstarter backers supposed to get Bard's Tale as well, or is it just for people who waited and got it through steam?

Sometimes valve runs out of keys and it can take a few hours/ days before a game shows up. This is usually a rare occurance but if only summer sale purchases seem to be affected that would be my guess. Can't be bothered to check for an official answer right now : D

I, and many others, bought this game early on, through Steams 'Early Access' with the assurance that the Digital Deluxe edition was not coming down in price.

Now you're selling it at a third off and giving a free game away too. This stinks.

I bought in good faith to support you guys and now, whilst still in Early Access, you're offering extras for a reduced price. Come on, play fair and offer the Bards Tale to us that supported you when you needed us, including the kickstarters who paid the same, or more, than the early access price.

Or does all your defending of the higher price, previously in steam threads, mean nothing now.

We got Bard's Tale December 2012 as Christmas gift.

I only got a key for Wasteland 1, and then the other day I got one for the Wasteland 2 beta. There's nothing in my ranger center for Bard's Tale.
