A way to compare weapons equipped to weapons in shops?

Am I missing something or is there no comparison tool-tip? Do you have to just know how much damage the current weapons do before buying better ones? Not too big a deal but it just seemed odd in a game with such a good UI.

Unequip the weapon you are using. It wont show equipped gear, so you dont accidentally sell it. Then you can compare them manually but there is no side by side comparison.

You can use shift to compare with your primary weapon.

Wonder why we can't compare armor in the same way. I think I prefer automatic compare without having to press shift, just for less button presses. Maybe with a 1-2 second delay. I'm gonna need a keyboard overlay for this game.

In the stroe move it over to the buy area before hover/press shift and it will compare it with your primary weapon. In backpack just hover to compare to the primary.

There are only 12 armors that I can see, so its not really needed. Once the game is released Im sure there will be an up to date wiki on it up real quick.

Its a bit annoying to try and remember what armor I have on each team member. When a game mechanic such as basic compare isn't fully integrated in a modern game, I really feel its a misstep. Should be an easy fix, but at this point I would have expected these basic issues solved.
