I cured the Ag center and it removed the pod infections but I still have 'Acute Pod Infection' on 2 toons. How do I remove this please ?

You have to use the cure that you get when you finish (6 doses) on your team members like you would do first aid.

The serum that you use when you disinfect the 3 areas and use another one on the Ag center water tower does not remove acute pod infection. This is not the 'pod infection" that can be removed. This has progressed beyond that and is now affecting my attributes badly on 2 characters.

I believe I have finished the quest line and cured the Ag Center and Sues quest line. I did not get any other cures when I did this.

In that case I think that party member is a pod person! There was something mentioned in the patch notes about player characters changing if the ag center or darwin village diseases go untreated. That may be what it is.

Yep well I couldn't find a cure for it and 2 of my main characters became pod people and died.

I am not restarting this build because of this rubbish. I will try again next build when someone has some clue how to cure it.

No rubbish at all, the cure is very easy to find and obtain at the AG center right outside near the main area off to 1 side. A little "looking around" would make things easier. I think players get into rushing through things instead of reading and exploring.

I went for a look around and I still have no idea what I am looking for or where it is. I have searched and looted pretty much every single thing. I have read every message. I have explored everything. I have still managed to miss this oh so obvious solution.

I have not rushed anything thankyou. I have read and explored everything I can see right down to the spelling mistake outside the main entrance door to the Ag center.

I wonder if you are actually talking about the location of the serum from several builds ago. The serum that fixed the 'pod infection' before you got it as a step in the current quest line ?

My toons had 'ACUTE' pod infection. New this build. If you know where the cure for this is then please enlighten me. I found the cure in the editing of the savegame file but I would rather know where it really is.

Would you tell me how to edit the savegame? I have the same probelm as you, and I'd rather not let all my toons die off after all this effort in perfecting their skills.
I was unable to find a cure. I just edited the save game xml file and took out the <StatusEffect>...</StatusEfect> with the acute pod person status. When you start up Wasteland 2 again and load the save game, your characters are fixed.

I don't think there's any cure for the acute infection. It's basically the game telling you that "Sorry, you're too late so now people will die". Personally I think it was a good move by the developers since it adds a bit more stress to the situation and I know it made me be a lot more careful in my approach during the Ag center

I had one of my characters get it, I went back to the citidel and dismissed her. went on a mission came back and she was cured. I did keep her until it was acute so she was about to die when i dismissed her.

That trick almost sounds like an exploit or bug for the accute infection cure.

Not sure if we're supposed to be able to cure the infection once it reaches accute stage, or not. Though I did manage to do it when crafting the cure in the first place for the fellow in the wheelchair to save him in my last play through.

One thing ths game does though, it really reinforces the save often and keep multiple saves mentality for situations like these. Just in case.

I don't think you are suppose to be able to cure it at that point

hello..
i got a problem with the 5 cure doses..
i used one cure on the ag center water tank and 3 to heal pod-infected party members... sadly it now seems i can not complete the sue missons since i only got one last cure left and still need 3..
is there a way to get more than those 5?

Translate to English translator.
