I just purchased the game, amazing so far!
I love the English voice acting so much, the world-building, the lore (not that Lore XD), and really everything. I remember the demo being way more difficult. I had that crazy sense of accomplishment after beating Lore in the very first demo pre-nerf.

Other than that, the only thing I noticed is the game is too quiet, which is fine for me because I can just listen to something else as I'm playing~ :er_heart: :luv:

I am really into it. The first soulslike I've played that gives my Dark Souls/ Bloodborne vibes.
Yeah it's great, looking for secrets, beating bosses, climbing mazes, npc interactions.
It's a good world to easily get emersed in.

I don't know if it's because I just finished Thymesia, but I gotta say the camera, dodge & parry feel really off in this game. It feels like it's delayed & sluggish, like there is some kind of input emulation/smoothing going on. I don't know if any of you are using M+KB like me, but I feel like I need to parry at the very start of the enemies windup, instead of when the attack hits you. I don't know if its because I'm not used to it yet or if it's just different, but I'm really not enjoying the combat so far. Why use parry (which is dangerous if you miss & decreases your sync) when I can just back off & attack? Also I feel like they over do the traps, it seems like every room there's someone behind the door, or behind a box or whatever. I'm expecting it all the time so they never catch me of guard, if they spaced those out a bit I think it would of worked better. Anyway not trying to trash the game, I'm still early on & it could totally be me, but it's not really grabbing me the way Sekiro, Code Vein, or Thymesia did.

How many other souls likes did you play ? This game takes inspiration from DS1 and Code Vein.
Super early parry is a thing from DS1 and enemies behind every corner is a thing from Code Vein xD

Why use parry, because its op, it deals tons of damage and gives you near full sync meter, letting you heal up or use strong attack.
