Boss at 0HP and not dying

I am on Persephone boss and it has 0hp and not dying. I parried it and it didnt move at all and now is stuck at 0hp. Does that mean I have to fight it by dodging or is it a gamebreaking bug?

In case you're still at it, I think it's a bug, but Persephone is a special boss that you can't kill before she does a special move when her HP is fully depleted. Dodge that move and she'll turn into an orb and be vulnerable for a backstab.
