Panic Reaper vs Cleansing Knight
In Spirit Depths where we get to see them fight, which of them won? Two playthroughs for me so far, and Cleansing Knight won both times.

Same. Makes sense, though, weren't cleansing knights made to fight necros? I'd be embarrassed if my super weapon got jobbed by mid-tier mutant.
Same here.
panic reaper won for me when i actually let them fight. i just ran past them with the intent to speedrun, but i had to revisit the area after taking the phantom bridge to get to the Arboretum and panic reaper was the only one there.

In my first run, the Cleansing Knight won handily taking little damage in return (and proceeded to boot me off the ledge when I tried to run past him). In my NG+ run the Knight still won but took a lot more damage in the process.

For me, the times I paid attention to it, the Knight always won. I assume it's possible for the Reaper to pull it off though since sometimes the Knight just doesn't attack for extended periods of time.
I helped the Reaper win (in the second run) with the Ex-Railgun spell from afar. Then I killed the Reaper with one hit :D

It does seem like the Reaper gets staggered more easily than the knight (also noticeable when you first fight them as bosses) which contributes to the knight winning more frequently.

you fight the knight quite a bit later, so him being stronger is expected

Necros only ever win if they can reliably proc piercing. Same as the fights on the Flooded Street.
never seen the necros win on those battle sections, but in the story they are winning tho
Same, I think because the Knight has more HP and does a lot of AOE skills

Cleansing Knight wins most of the time he has more health as better damage options while being immune to Panic Reapers status effects
