stone's ore bell game breaking bug

i'm on my NG+ , when i try to summon stone at the place pilgrims gather around, the bell say no signal , it was working fine on my first playthrough idk why it doesn't work here, this will complete break stone's quests please fix it quick

I did this part on my NG+ run today and it was fine. It let me do them somewhat out of order on my first playthough so maybe see if the cathedral one works?

luckily i found a fix for this, just talk the guy kneeling on the ground then summon stone again, if that doesn't work teleport back and try again

if u want stone quest you dont have to summon at pilgrimms,that 3 is optional for some reward, the must have to abel to complete is before a main boss and the blob.
