Millaire vanished?

So I didn't know about the tree and never went down there. I have just beat lokshid but I *have not* talked to her yet or even gone past where her boss fitght is. I went back to start wrapping things up and figure stuff out but Millaire is gone. I went all the way down to the tree gate but I havent seen her. she isn't in the camp now. the map says she is there. I need to talk to her to access the tree gate. DId I mess up or is this a bug? I was under the impression that if I didn't talk to lohksid(spelling? lol) that she wouldn't dissapear.

i think i brick her quest too, after beating the giant fists bosses, you suppose to talk to her and she will tell you she's looking for seed, but i did that after talking to charon, is her quest finisehd after she left or there's still more ?

The actual point of no return is when you talk to Loskid after defeating her.

This is not true. it is when you defeat her. I have confirmed through lots of sources. And yes. I did start over. I'm not being robbed of my true ending lol.

The whole talk to her thing **seems** to be linked to one guide. That in the same guide says dont beat her before you do x. it was misleading.

Not sure about Millaire, but I can confirm that you can still complete Shirley's quest after defeat8ng Loskid but before getting the Golden Branch from her. Delpha doesn't disappear either, so his quest should still be possible.

Completing Millaire's quest is tied to the True ending? I thought it was just Shirley and Delpha.

i was just questioning the same thing, i couldnt find her anywhere i wanted to do the tree gate but it was too late, at least i still got second dawn ending.

I don't know if you do or not. I am fairly certain your right. But I am missing out on content that I want to complete anyway. and I don't wanna go into the ending without all the context since I had no idea the tree was even there and when I got the cutscene related to it I was like. "whats that?" also honestly I'm already like. 40 percent through the game after a couple play sessions now that I know where I'm going and not getting lost all the time lol.
