Cheese or Cheats for Hunter of Bladers
I can't stress enough how bad i am with parry.
Don't come with Git gut, cause i never will.
I played all the from soft games, but couldnt get into sekiro, cause its so parry heavy.

In this game i got by so far with a few lucky parries on bosses here and there, but that boss needs me to do it CONSTANTLY and as said, i suck at them. I always sucked at them and i always will suck at them.

So instead of bashing my head against a wall and then uninstalling the game and never playing it again, i prefer to one time cheat or have some cheese tactic that even gets my noob ass through the fight.

Dont try to appeal to my integrity. It's either I find some cheese/cheat, or I uninstall.

I beat her with only dodging. The shield works fairly well nd for the second time the upgraded shield is the only reason I won.

Her second phase has less hyperarmor on a lot of her attacks than her first. A longsword type weapon can stunlock her for sometimes up to a quarter of her health. In the first encounter poison and throwing weapons are somewhat effective.

If it's the second encounter Railgun EX stuns her in the third phase and can be used to punish the recovery after her big attacks.

Also if its the second time you can use Minimum Pain to nuke her. Just heal after each cast. You get it from beating the Spirit Depths boss.

put on 20 life 20 vit or 30 life and you''l be fine, guard the normal slash and dodge the fire slash, you can still guard that but you'll take elemental dmg
Ok, i can already tell this isnt working either. I should go back to farming and lifesim games.
I love soulslikes, but they dont love me.

The shield i have issues with in second phase when she goes combo combo combo, cause i can't dodge all and i cant block all

thanks for the CE mention. I found a table and just made myself invincible for the fight. no need to overlevel, so even if i am a dirty cheater, i can now try to continue and play the game normally (until i get to her a second time probably)

I gave up on Parry and just used the lightning dodge ability for everything instead. Basic dodge for her slower moves.
I dont know which level you are but i think Ursula counts as kind of endgame boss. You could skip her until you have a higher level and better gear?
Eh. I'm bad with parry and I beat her with it.
It's not that hard - she's easy to parry, by that point you should have a seal that makes your parry energy-free, and parrying is also the simplest way to beat her, by a HUGE margin (since draining her sync also makes her attacks notably weaker).

In 2nd phase very much all of her combos can be parried at any point (that is, even if you missed a hit you can parry the next one).

I ran into the fight as a full caster build, used ethereal beams to shave off about 50% hp in the first phase, then it's just parrying and draining her HP with more beams where appropriate.

... how'd you get Ethereal Beam before Hunter of Blades? Don't you need to beat her first to get to the Spirit Depths where Persephone is?

Right, this is about the 1st fight.
The first fight can be done in whatever way.

Speaking of this in your other topic, try the shatter seals and block those attacks again, see if the damage done is less.

I just lobbed missiles at her to keep her flinching a lot lol.

Stick up till 50 points into life, then put the rest into strength and get a heavy weapon like the scrap lance. Then just dodge towards and around her as she attacks and whack her a few times when she stops. If she parries throw out a parry or use your shield to block, don't use your weapon skill unless its to finish her off. Just try to stick close to her and be aggressive. She is really not that hard.
