Sedimentation Tanks - Sewer Town Help Pleaaaasssee

I'm on NG+ and there's a spot that I missed in the Sedimentation Tanks area that I still haven't figured out how to get to, even on my second playthrough. If you teleport to Sewer Town - North - Sedimentation Tanks, there is a kick down ladder over on the left. I have no clue how to get to up there. Anyone know? As far as I know, it's literally the last area I need.

If its where i think it is (near the tank with glowing red spikes in it?) There is an elevator to the left of the control room.
Part way down the elevator you need to jump out of it onto a pipe, there's a dead guy hanging there and an item to mark it.

Then just follow the pipe.

Yep literally went there after posting and just looked around for 10 minutes and found it lol. Thanks anyway!

Damn, I should have realized! I somehow didn't notice the item even though I searched this place multiple times
