Where to use train pass?

Only train I remember is the one from the city to the forest, figured it might give a travel option but nope.

think i found out where to go having the same problem. over in the deadwoods there's a ladder near the big statue in the area and it leads to the twilight footshills branch which i assume is the way to the spirit depths

This is an optional location later in the game.

thank you for that, but god the lighting in the arena really makes that tiny walkway hard to see

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I spent so long backtracking everywhere before fighting her, and then going back and forth between the train areas, I didnt even notice the stairs at the end of her arena. Sheesh lol thank you.
