Haigos Patir - Faultage Corridor? *Spoilers*

Was following a guide to make sure I saw all the questlines. I'm trying to find Vikas and Sklarm after the interaction where Vikas fights Charcoal. I've met Sklarm, defeated the Choirmaster and spoken to Shirley so Vikas is missing now. The guide says to just rest at the Branch and the two will be "nearby" (very helpful guide). I have torn the areas in Haigos Patir that are open to me upside down and can't find these two anywhere despite it seeming like it should be in the same area.

The guide calls the area Sklarm was at "Faultage Corridor" however when I google that it shows and entirely different area I've seen none of in Haigos Patir.

Do I need to continue through the sewer and eventually I'll come up into another area or am I missing an obvious area of the Upper Level?

I don't want to miss something and it feels like once you jump into the sewer you're headed somewhere else entirely.

Have you already spoken to Sklarm for the second time where he talks about his reasons for visiting the Church? Sklarm should be located at the top of the stairs to the left of the Faultage Corridor branch.

Hagios Patir has an upper level where you will find them later in game, its pretty late (the last point of your journey)

As it sounds for me you where there the first time and left now over sewer town north
you will come back at that place

Is it different from the Upper Level I'm already in? Because it calls this the upper level though looking at the achievements I doubt I'm at the end, probably half-way if I had to guess from the trophy list. I guess it's possible the guide mislabeled it because they call the area you first meet Sklarm the "Faultage Corridor" but trying to look that up shows an entirely different area as I mentioned.

No. I spoke to him and he said not to tell Vikas that he sent help. I revisited the place he was afterwards and after fighting the Choirmaster but he isn't there and searching up and down everywhere in Haigos Patir (at least that I have access too at the moment) has yielded nothing.

You are in the Upper Level already? Choirmaster and the Vikas/shirley interaction is in the lower level of Hagios Patir

The Branch you are searching is the first in the upper level

Huh. If you look at the teleport location is says it's in the Upper Level, not the Lower Level. But from what both of you have said it sounds like it's a place I come to later in the game.

What Necros said. If you haven't gotten through the sewers yet then you've not gotten to the spot you need to be to progress the questline. You go into Pagir Upper several times throughout the game, and that part of Sklarm and Vikas' questline is in the second to last area of the game.

I had it backwards. I've been to the Mud Drawing Room which you can get to super early in the game through a hidden portal and that's in the Upper Level.

Also note most guides aren't as detailed and thorough as they will be later on since the game only came out like 3 days ago so people have just been throwing together bare-bones stuff to be the ones to get early views on their videos/websites.

Yeah, it was likely a mistake that they used "Faultage Corridor" for your first meeting with Sklarm instead of "Cleansing Stairs".

Cant be my guide but yea the game is letting your run around through the same places alot, it not bad in particular just with hardens working with guides

If you already accessed the Mud Drawing Room Branch, you can walk from the branch in the room to your right then in the room using on the left site the staircase and then running to the right to a button that opens a shortcut, there pretty much endgame enemies here and i dont know if the button will even open the shortcut since after opening it you will be by the Faultage Corridor Branch, but thats a endgame branch so dont know how the game handles it.

I come back to you, twenty hours later, because of this quest again.

I am now at the proper place. I spoke to Sklarm and he talked about how he trades with the church and don't tell Vikas. From what I can tell the next part of this quest should just require me to rest at a branch (I tried teleporting out and back in too) and they're supposed to be nearby. I've even found a picture of where they're standing and I'm definitely in the right spot.

I progressed through this area up to the next boss thinking something might trigger them to move into position but no matter how far I go they don't show up there. If I go any further I'll be at the point of no return and be forced into an ending and I still need to do the optional bosses to get the true ending. I can't imagine the game would want me to go all the way to the final boss and then backtrack to set off three more conversations in areas I've already been.

Am I missing a step that gets the conversation where both Vikas and Sklarm are present after meeting Sklarm in the Faultage Corridor?
