where i can find luminous carbon? i'm the flooded street and not encouter this

The necro enemies with the scythe hands and the fish-like necro in the flooded streets do sometimes drop luminous carbon. Just do some farming, You won't get a huge haul, but they do drop there, I've been farming them there for a bit.

In the sunken city (the lounge branch area) there's 2 robotic angel enemies that drop luminous carbon at a decent rate. You can see them in the muddy water flooded area below with a non-functional portal in the middle.

Irridescence is the rarest material. You can buy one, The rest you either find in Hagios Patir or from late game bosses. Use them wisely, because they aren't really farm-able.
