Lost bladers after defeated

Am I missing someone? I already got the achievement for defeating all lost bladers but only found 4 of them.

Well, the very 1st one (which is missing from your screenshots) is right at the 2nd branch in the sewers area.

As a general rule, all of them appear near a memory glimpse that was referencing them.

She is right next to it if you teleport in sitting against a fence, but going back there now she's gone in my game.

Yeah, 1st one on maintenance access branch... where you get ability to counter.
as for last one... I can't find.

She despawns at some point so if you don't go check on her after you defeat her, high chances she'll disappear.

Why is the quality of your screenshots seem so crisp? Are you using some kind of Reshade or is it just the screen rez?
