Stucked at starting screen

Managed to play the game, after re-entering, cannot get pass the screen where it says AI LIMIT, cannot press any keys, any solutions?

if you are trying to move with the controller, try alt tabbing out and back into the game, try clicking with your mouse and then using the controller.

I am not using a controller, only keyboard and mouse

just delete the saves and start a freash playthrough i did that fixed it for me
