Other than that this game is quite chill in difficulty, a lot of bosses are easily first try-able.
Just for record: 1st boss in this game, I won her after around 7 defeats. And compared to other souls-like, it's a very low number.
You're also allowed to get away with getting hit more often (haven't encountered enemies capable of killing you in one hit) and parry timings are more lenient. You also have estus, hp over time consumables, and sync costing health recovery (accessible without any stat investment) options available early game.
You're also given a ranged option early game so you can bait out enemies one at a time instead of engaging with them in groups. Some enemies can also be taken out from a distance to ease encounters.
There are also enemies that are damage sponges but some of these enemies are also stunlockable through attack spamming. Speaking of which, the frame piercing buff which adds an extra hit to all attacks is also extremely powerful since the extra hits can cause enemies to stagger faster. A lot of encounters can be brute forced by buffing yourself up, popping a mud ball and then attacking non stop in a battle of attrition.
Overall, this is already a casual souls-lite experience that is less punishing than Fromsoft's games.
It starts out very easy, but the difficulty ramps up pretty substantially as you get further into the game.
All of them are easy.
Soulslikes bosses aren't hard, they're a pattern.
You die until the pattern is learned, then iframe everything.
That's just how Dark Souls and all its derivatives operate.
