pre order dlc not showing
hello i preordered the game but dlc hasnt been added to account

You must get pass the sewers, to Havenswell before you can get the extra gear (And pre-order maid outfit) from the dlc.

me also, i just wanna know if people did get the pre-order bonus dlc in their libraries so i know whether to refund on not yet

On steamdb, there's only one DLC ( the deluxe upgrade one )

i did get only this one when the game unlocked and became available for download

don't know but majority of pre-ordered bonuses appear as dlcs in that specific game's page in your library

I preordered the game and no DLC of it shows. It seems this is one of that prepurchase bonus that don't appear in our DLC list.

its at the first branch in a box by the door, if you dont see it try closing the game and getting it to update. had the same problem happen to me.
