That’s the right mindset—just play what you enjoy. At the end of the day, all the pointless arguments won’t change whether a game is fun or not.

Honestly!? I think that 90% of the comments about "you can only play with a female character" are bait to attract "fights". People fall for these comments very easily... they could just ignore it and that's it, but no, they are attracted to it like ants to a grain of sugar.

Soon the mod will be released, just install it and be happy.

I wish people had the same commitment to help others with real doubts, which I don't see. When someone asks something honest, it takes a while for answers to come, and when they do, they are few and far between.

Exactly. Most of these ‘outrages’ are just bait to start fights, and people keep falling for it. It’s the same cycle every time—someone makes a post about ‘forced this’ or ‘missing that,’ and suddenly the whole thread derails into nonsense.

Meanwhile, actual gameplay discussions or real questions get ignored. It’s like people are more interested in arguing than actually talking about the game.

At the end of the day, the ones who actually care will just play the game and move on. The rest? They just want to watch the world burn.

I actually prefer female protagonists for the most part tbh especially in games like this... something about watching the ass end of a guy for ages doesn't sit right with me lol.

character customisation is really nice and fun to have , all of the fromsoft' souls games inc bloodborne etc (except for sekiro) have it. so its generally considered as part of the souls game formula , combine this with a pre order exclusive outfit and that's why alot of people are mad about the lack of it. A quick fix to these complaints would simply giving the player character the same chest size as branchweaver a lot of outfits would look better that way.
