It does but it's only the Japanese version so you'll have to check out your regular import retailers.
Sells for around 60 USDs.

If there is enough demand and sales are doing well. There is a chance it may get picked up by Limited Runs for Physical Editions with a Collector's Edition attached to it. It will be quite some time before that happens let alone the Dev Team choices.
