the answer may be a yes, possibly no. i once heard steam had a policy forcing preorder bonuses to be made available later. not sure if its true but heres some examples of preorder items being made available for purchase

It depends on the publisher, some give the option to buy a preorder bonus after game release.

Nothing to do with Steam, it depends on the publisher.
Here, if you look at it, it's all released by Bandai Namco.

thank you for answering, i purchased the deluxe version few minutes ago and i see it's still in the pre-purchase phase but i just read:
"Pre-order bonuses will be available for orders placed before March 27, 2025."
so i will wait for when the game unlock to see if i'll receive these items, if not i'll refund and get the game later when it's on a deeper discount

I think this maybe is one of those objects that appear directly in the game without appearing in the DLC section. But I can't still boot the game so can't confirm it.

me also 😭 i don't have enough disk space to download this and test it i barely gobbled up some GIGs yesterday to be able to download Khazan and its pre-release patch lol that's why i'm asking here
