Deluxe Edition, early or limited armor/weapon

Is the armor and weapon you get from the Deluxe Edition just an early unlock or are they both limited to the Deluxe Edition?

From the look of it, the white sparrow armor is exclusive to the deluxe edition and the weapon can be obtained in the game.
