Помогло это: I figured it out, just had to verify game files.
Проверка файлов игры. Посмотрю остались ли вылеты самой игры.

Вылеты остались, раз в 20 минут примерно игру крашит(

First, Verify the integrity of your game files and try again. If your save is still corrupted your next step is to head to the AI Limit discord and speak to the dev. He will kindly make you a new save file and put you back close to where you were. He did this for me and many others.

Помогла переустановка win 11 и обновление биоса, после этого накатил ещё драйвера на материнскую плату
