Loading Issue - Black Screen

The game won't load for me it just has a black screen and that's it.

Idk the ssd but I have i7 13 series 4060 16 gb ddr5

You should be able to run this fine.
Verify game files through Steam settings. Sometimes antivirus can block game. Also check exe file properties and turn off full-screen optimization by Windows.

3080ti 32gbs ram and 2T SSD black screen still
