Either he thought that you wouldn't understand what he had to say, or more likely, he thought himself so above you that it wouldn't be worth his time to say anything to you. I understand you'd have been more entertained if he said more, but I don't think it's a problem that he didn't say more. It's in character. The three AI care so little about you, they nearly wiped out all life on Earth just to run their little thought experiments. I can understand why he just left without a word after you win. To him, you're just the mold on a slice of bread he wanted. You ruined his day, so now he's done with you. You don't explain who you are to the moldy bread, you throw it out and walk away.
Nyx is ok with you leading as you are the only one considered as the true path of their evolution, Aether failed and stagnated and the Necros barely accomplished much themselves, plus Aether sided with Charon on your abilities.
