you know what funny ? i watched 5 random streams on twitch and 3 of them didn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ know how to use THE DAMN HEALING DEW, funniest thing is one of them have "soulsgame" tag on their channel, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hilarious.
if game developer keep catering to these people the game will be a baby walk
keep listening to these people and make the game for babies
Are games from "FromSoftware" easy? Probably not for the average player.
Are these games pretty much the most popular on the market? I think so.
Are soulslike-gamers looking for a challenge? Oh yeah
Anyone who says these games should be easy should ask themselves why so many games are sold from "FromSoftware"
Of course, this is just my own insignificant opinion...
Top seling in USA 2016:
1. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare
2. Battlefield 1
3. Tom Clancy's The Division
4. NBA 2K17
5. Madden NFL 17
6. Grand Theft Auto V
7. Overwatch
8. Call of Duty: Black Ops III
9. FIFA 17
10. Final Fantasy XV
In UK DS3 on 35 place.
Nice list, I meant the most famous soulslike, my fault
By the way, 2022 is Elden Ring at the second place
And I also agree that Souls-likes should be expected to be difficult. If you don't like challenges, play something else, or watch a playthrough on YouTube if you really care about the story/lore. Insisting on making the games easier just ruins the fun for people who do enjoy a challenge.
