Arsenal achivement does not unlock if you collect the last required weapon thru ng+ .. currently having all weapons, achivement still didnt popup

I have to report a loadingcrash on the last breanch of the rofftopstreet in the elevator,the game crash everytime I go down end sometimes for no rieses.

The final Trophy "The Apex of Evolution" dosn`t appear. I have all the other trophys... I tryed to restart the game, restart Steam, start another character, nothing happend. Any other ideas how to fix this?

Kastina Story Bug : Kastina stuck in blue crystals Disappears after boss fight if you talk to her first.
Attention : SPOILER ALERT : Do not read if you are not this far into the story.

If you go to Kastina first where Kastina she is stuck in Blue Crystals and you talk to her through her full dialogue first, then you go fight the Queen of Woe after this event, when you come back Kastina is no longer there. So you cannot free her from the crystals and receive "Everlasting PIercing" gift.

After reaching Hagios Patir's upper level, I teleported back to Spirit Depth's Collapsed Cavern (I was running back through every area to grab things I missed). My first time talking to Kastina in the blue crystals, I did as she asked and she had disappeared, however this time she reappeared in the crystal unable to be interacted with and a Necros spawned on the other side of the Branch. After killing this Necros, it seemed like I was no longer able to interact with any NPC or merchant in the game, and enemies don't react. Instead, everything stands still even if I attack them.

Apex of Evolution achievement is not unlocked after getting all others achievement.

I think I glitched my game. I was fighting Loksid and we both killed each other. She killed me and my poison killed her as I died. The game gave me an achievement but when I revived, she was still there. The next day, I got on. The Loksid boss was over and let me advance to the next area. I didn't get any of her equipment or items.

I just started my 3rd journey/NG+. Damage values have gone up again but the crystal drop rate from enemies and bosses has gone back to what they were on the first playthrough of the game.

It isn't a deal breaker because I'm already at the softcap for everything so levels aren't really buying me much anymore. But as someone who does like to "watch big number go up" it is a bit disappointing. And as a bug should be noted and fixed regardless.

Hello! I have an issue where during my second Cycle, a second pilgrim seal was added to my inventory when starting Shirley's quest line. I now know (On third cycle) this was not supposed to happen, and believe this is stopping Shirley's quest line from progressing as intended.

I am attempting to get every achievement and 100% the game, so this really sucks for me. Is there any way I can fix this without having to start a new file or cheat? As main seals can't be sold..

Cant finish Delpha questline due to him not being in the Arbortorum. ive beaten the Mutated boss and retrieved all key items but he dissapeard from the Arbortorum before i could give him the living seed.

He disappears only if you receive Gold Branch from Loskid
