Report a translation problem
For Persephone boss fight her big melee swing actually hit before the animation.
It is way too silent when i max out the volume. Voices are too quiet and the mixing lacks punch. Hope this can be fixed because good audio quality is important to me.
I just had a game breaking bug, I'm not sure how it happened sadly, but the series of events as I know them.
(This all occurred in NG+)
I broke the tube seals in the factory to destroy the large laser foe. On the last one, I fell and died before the animation of it dying.
This triggered this event to happen after I respawned. Additionally, when I would die or teleport, there was a roughly 50% chance the animation would play again at any branch. (I would hear the explosions and the screen would shake, but no crystal gains.)
From there I chalked it up to a minor bug and the gameplay itself was not ruined, so I kept playing. I got down to Ursula and the arena had one oddity even before entering. Next to where she would spawn, there was a large handed Necro enemy. It did not aggro until I got close, but eventually it did and began fighting the boss and me. I backed off and got them to fight each other and Ursula (obviously) won. When this Necro died, I got Ursula's core and I believe one other item (though I don't recall which one.)
I chalked this up to another bug, and when I inevitably lost to her, she respawned as a boss fight as normal. Upon defeating her, however, she did not respawn next to the branch. After an area reset, a quit/reload, and a game restart, she did not spawn next to the branch. I am unable to talk to her, unable to sit at the branch, and unable to get the seed for Delpha's questline. (Which makes me the saddest on my way to 100% this game.)
Again, I'm not sure what truly caused this broken state, but investigating it so it doesn't happen to someone else is a good idea.
Additionally, I'd love to know if you have a way of getting me that seed or do I just need to do it again on either a new save or NG++?
I'm guessing I got a bad end for her quest and that the bug locked me out of her good ending.
Now that I think about it there was a "Blader Returned" message that popped up right before the boss did its final attack that you have to take cover from. I got her down to her last bit of health when she was up against the wall that Katarina was behind so I think the boss "killed" her and bugged it out.
