Does anyone else seriously dislike the bot?

Anyway, at the end of the game in the chatroom there is the unofficial bot which you can give commands and get responses. I don't mean any hate or disrespect to the creator of this bot, in concept it actually is a really cute idea! However it really fills the entire chat with spam. Most of the messages you see are either from the bot or they are from players using commands for the bot which isn't interesting to look at. If it wasn't for the bot, the whole end chat would be nothing but people who just beat the game saying whatever and it would be a really neat thing to read through a few messages, especially after beating the game for the first time. The spam even makes it so you don't feel motivated to leave any sort of message because nobody is realistically going to read it.

In the bots current state I think it seriously ruins what would be an extremely neat thing, but I don't think it needs to be deleted. I think if there is an update to it that makes it so any player who sends a command has their message hidden from the chat and only the player that sent the command can see the bots response would still keep what the bot offers while keeping the chat very clean. This solution may not be entirely practical since the bot is unofficial of course.

I would love to hear anyone else's thoughts and opinions, even if it is just you saying you agree or disagree. Thank you for reading and any replies <3

Thank you for this post. It's interesting always to see people talking about the chat room sometimes and their opinions: as a speedrunner, i often get there since i finish a lot of runs all the time, even though i rarely use it, i find myself going sometimes. I do agree on certain points but overall I mean it's a cool thing and i don't think it should be deleted, plus it's fairly easy to see normal messages in between atleast for me. Also it it very likely the game is never gonna be updated again tbf so yeah nothing we can really do about it although i appreciate your opinion

I replayed the game again and felt like revisiting this post. I guess I am pretty alone on the hill that the end game chat is a superb novelty. I wish there was some new change to the bot but of course, this game will most likely never be touched again. Also nobody will see this so I don't really know who I am writing to. I read this. The end game chat is potentially the best reward we could have in my opinion.

Anyway, yeah, I wish there was a toggle to turn off the bot's messages.
Or maybe make it so you only see bot messages that you typed the command for.
