'Can't click anything' issues - M1 Mac Users

I've had a couple reports from M1 mac users who are having trouble pressing buttons after setting the game to windowed mode. It seems a recent MacOS update changed something about fullscreen, which I will have to fix in a future compatibility update. For now, the workaround is to set it back to fullscreen by editing your preferences file.

Quit the game. Go to Finder, press CMD-G, enter ‘~/Library/Preferences/‘, hit return, and look for net.Foddy.GettingOverIt.plist. Open up that file in a text editor, and look for the lines:

<key>Fullscreen</key>
<integer>0</integer>

Change that 0 to a 1 and save the file. Start the game.

If this doesn’t work try deleting the file net.Foddy.GettingOverIt.plist, and restarting the game. That should fix your issue for now. Sorry for the hassle.

I found the file but didn't find the line that you wanted me to change and also i tried to delete the file and and restart the game and the issue was not solved

The game isn't loading for me, I can't press continue or even load new game. I can't find the /library/preferences/ neither
