I literally beat the game and didn't get an achievement

I just beat getting over it for the first time. I went through the credits and even took a screenshot of them. After I got past the credits it said something about an issue connecting to a chat server or something? I ignored it until I realized that I had not gotten the achievement for reaching the top. I tried restarting steam and eventually my computer but it did nothing. I know that I have and had internet the entire time while playing, I even was streaming it to my friend on discord who WATCHED me beat the game!

I've never encountered such an issue before and am unsure how to proceed. What can I do about this? Who can I contact?

id beat the game again for you as i have all 3 achievements, but teamviewer is too laggy

I probably finished the game about 10 times by now, and I still don't get the chat or achievements.

I wrote a review about the same issue I had, I am gonna try to beat it again, and this time, I am gonna take a million screenshots at the when I make it again.
