What is a "good" time?

I have roughly 30h in this game and it takes me about 6-10 min to finish one run. But i was wondering what time i could consider actually good. Speedrunners can finish it in less than 2 minutes but that's unrealistic for me. So is less than 3 good? Or is 6 already solid? Something in between?

What you consider good is subjective. I have a PB of 1 minute 10 seconds so my view is really skewed, I find it hard to consider 2 minute times good.
Technically beating the game makes you better than ~93% of players, but someone who beats the game isn't really "good", they've achieved what is expected of players. Ultimately it's up to you. 6 minutes is better than the average player who has beaten the game, so you could call that good.
Also, sub 2 isn't unrealistic for you. If you play enough you can achieve it.

Make sure you have trackpad tuning enabled in game, install anjo's modpack (available at speedrun.com/goiwbf in the resources section) so you practice efficiently and then aim for a specific time. Everything crumpet said is true, maybe try going for sub 3 and if you are still having fun with the game by that point you can go for sub 2:30 just play until you're no longer having fun. "good" is always subjective but sub 3 is pretty solid after that pb'ing starts to take quite a while.
