cpu usage almost 100%

i don't know why is this happen to me because i don't think i'll get cpu usage like this
My Cpu : intel core i5-8400

Yeah your CPU should be more than fast enough. What resolution are you running at?

/edit also are you getting a bad frame rate or just high CPU?

i play on 1280x720 and i getting both

So, I heard from a couple people who had terrible CPU because of their antivirus conflicting with the software. Can you try disabling it temporarily and see if that helps?

i already turn windows defender off and there's no antivirus software on my computer

shoot. Ok, let's see. Can you try running it in dx9 mode and tell me if it runs any better? Go to the game properties on steam, and go to 'launch options' and add the term '-force-d3d9'

Huh. Well, it's hard to say what might be causing this. If the game is running too slow to enjoy, it might be a good idea to refund it :-/

too late i have 281 hours of played on this game but thank you for help me btw when i got my new computer it didn't have any issue with this game but after 4-5 months this is what happened to me

can you add v-sync to the game option? because i noticed that when i play on extreme grahpic it has only 60 fps but it's smoother than play on worst graphic with many fps
