Did not get end game award on iOS

Hi Bennett,
I recently finished the game and instead of getting the end game reward on my iPad I just kept on drifting upwards after the credits. When I went to google why, the game reset. When I repeat the game is there anything different I should do to make sure it doesn’t happen again? There were no background apps open or picture in picture screens playing. Also I was connected to the internet. I am on iOS 13.

There is no "end game reward" for the mobile version. Only his email and i think a merch link
