Took me 63 minutes. Considering most of it was adapting to new (less intuitive) controls, i'd say it's not much of a challenge. But it is a bit harder to make slowest movements (at least until you get used to how careful you have to be). So took me like 5-6 tries to get past orange hell XD.
All in all it seems to be harder to learn than mouse, and it's probably not a good idea for beating speedrun records, but it's quite a decent option for those who have problems using a mouse (hand pains etc.)
