It's just a bottleneck to get rid of all the players that are not ready to get over it just yet.
My tips would be reckless attempts, followed by waves of rage, till you learn to control it, calm down, try it slow, focused, enjoy a bit of progress, once you get the hang of it, try it faster for fun (faster is risky though but at some point you might find yourself enjoying the risk)
The last stone as said above is very slippery so you might consider pogo jump right before it and skip it completely.
You can also go slow on first rocks and pogo on last one, and if pogo jump is not high enough you can still try and save it by touching the last rock mid air, but if you do it the wrong time it might fly you back to the start, so be warned.
